The nutritionist role in sports
The functioning of the human body is often compared to that of a machine. As such, in order to fully express its performance, it requires an appropriate amount of fuel inserted at the right time.

Sports nutrition is based on the study and planning of the needs of all nutrients needed by the sportsman to find the best solutions to maximize performance. This ensures that he is never going to miss nutrients, in the various phases: pre, post and during exercise.
Nutritionist Dr. Andrea Del Seppia works with many internationally renowned athletes, in various sports disciplines. He is usually team leader, responsible for the athletes nutritional preparation and study of the body composition. He primes them up for the most important competitions.
